I received this soundbar with a 77 GX TV. The TV is up to date and I also used the bluetooth app to update the soundbar. No difference, the sound is muted with E-Arch and the only way to activate this is to turn off the soundbar. Not exactly what I would expect for $1,000. The soundbar itself sounds good, but mids are lacking and the subwoofer doesn't deliver. low bass My $300 Visio soundbar with wireless subwoofer is much better. Overall I'm very disappointed but hopefully a future update will fix these issues, but don't hold your breath.
