This is a cute shirt, I should have read the description better. It is a thin polyester, not even remotely flannel or cotton at all. The picture shows a tapered at the waist design and a longer looking shirt. This is not that at all. It is a basic button up shirt, straight sides, not tapered in at the waist or fitted at all. It will be great to layer over a tank. I like that there buttons on the sleeves to hold when you roll them up, which I always do. I got the green and black and the color was exact.
