The quality was not what I expected.I was unable to get the temperature to remain steady. I tried setting it at a specific level for tempering chocolate and holding steady for dipping chocolate.I set the temeprature to 88 and it did not heat up while the temperature was down at 82 degrees. I changed target temperatures higher to force the heating elements on. Finally got it to heat up by raising the temperature.When I heated to 118 it seemed like it was steady and effective, but I was not able to use it to keep the chocolate at a lower termperature.The manual is the funniest manual I've ever seen. Pretty ridiculous.
