This is the third "cheap" Samsung tab I've bought after using one for a long time and losing the other. This is the first with significant application problems. I bought this primarily as a streaming device (and saved shows to an SD card). Netflix was not working saying the app needs an update. However, there was no way to update the app. Having good software on a tablet is crucial, and expecting customers to fiddle around to get a simple app like Netflix to work because the original software environment was broken is unforgivable. Samsung simply shouldn't install the latest Android version because that's when the software isn't working. I spent an hour getting it working and the self-help documentation on the web is useless. I'll try installing it a few more times and then come back for a refund.
