Card tray won't open

Was so happy to receive my tablet today, looks great, easy install. However, an additional memory card is useless because the compartment does not open. My old S2 is dying and that's really the only way I communicate now. Sending it back is something I don't really want to do due to the shipping time - another week or two before I get a new one; QAlocal people charge $100 to fix it. Beware you might want to go with another seller looks like a good buy not so much. the same photos above that the

Great deal, works great, hard to open SD slot compartment.

Very happy with the purchase. I almost didn't buy it because there were negative reviews about it being slow, too quiet and so on. I'm glad I bought it. The sound quality is pretty standard for any other tablet I've had. The speed is faster than anything I've had. For the price this was an excellent buy. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to open the slot to insert an SD card. I didn't have any special tools and I didn't open the paperclips. My husband gave me a small nail and heโ€ฆ

The installed software cannot be used.

This is the third "cheap" Samsung tab I've bought after using one for a long time and losing the other. This is the first with significant application problems. I bought this primarily as a streaming device (and saved shows to an SD card). Netflix was not working saying the app needs an update. However, there was no way to update the app. Having good software on a tablet is crucial, and expecting customers to fiddle around to get a simple app like Netflix to work because the original softwareโ€ฆ

Bargain Computers & Accessories

Bought as a gift. This is a great purchase. I had to ask my service provider to help me set up the settings as I was having trouble connecting to the internet. After changing my ISP settings, everything worked beautifully. It has phone capabilities but I only have a data/internet SIM card.
