There are many liquid "liquors" on the marker. I've had a few that I've used for olive oil, coconut oil, etc. I was filling a bottle with olive oil the other day and there was a filling machine on the counter. When I went to replace the drain hole, I noticed that the small puddle of oil drained from the drain hole was greenish in color, which is not good. Even though my pen is metal, I quickly realized it wasn't stainless steel and started rusting on the inside. Then I searched online for stainless steel filling machines and found what I was looking for. Upon inspection on arrival they appear to be of very high quality. The rubber/plastic seems more flexible, the little flip top works great and the metal is stainless steel. Note that there are metal filling machines on the market, but if they say 'stainless steel' you will get a type of galvanized metal product.
