The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

To summarize, if you need notifications, extra long battery life, and constant heart rate monitoring - take mi band 4)) Mi band 6 has a bunch of new goodies compared to version 4, but most, for me personally, turned out to be useless or eat too much battery power, but they're not worth it.

Pros
  • + large color screen + built-in pomodoro helps a lot to distribute study time so as not to overwork + Tracks nap times + a whole bunch of watch faces for every taste + function to find the device, helps to find the phone, unless of course the bluetooth has not fallen off + you can add and change the time of alarms directly on the bracelet, unlike earlier models + you can see sleep data right on the bracelet + tracking a large number of physical. loads (I have used so far only training indoors and running outdoors) + app and call notifications help a lot, and it's hard to do without it when you're used to it) + holds a charge for quite a long time (I have about a week with always-on pairing with my phone for notifications, monitoring heart rate every 30 minutes and using workout tracking 5 times a week)
Cons
  • - in comparison with mi band 4, the battery has become much weaker, because on the old man I had bluetooth pairing and heart rate monitoring enabled every 5 minutes, but it kept it for about a month (that is, 4 times more). On mi band 6 in this situation, it will last about a day, maybe a little more, but my charge ran away right before my eyes at first, I thought it was a marriage, but it turned out to be a feature) - I used the function of tracking oxygen in a dream once and forgot, especially since it eats a very strong battery. - breathing exercises were also not useful - round-the-clock pressure monitoring consumes a lot of battery, also not useful - if you accidentally press the screen against the skin for a short period of time, the screen will turn on, and then it will offer to change the dial by swiping up or down. Often this happens by accident, so I'm not surprised when I notice that the dial has changed after some time. This rarely happens, of course, but it's annoying. - If water gets on the screen for some time, the workout may turn on or the watch face may change)) - Sometimes, when touching something, the standard strap unfastens, so you need to wear it carefully, or buy a Velcro strap (it gets very wet with sweat during frequent sports), but preferably a metal one.
