So I will say this product works and it's not bad but I will return it because it doesn't meet my specific needs. I suffer from stomach, waist and back pain so I was looking for something that would heat up the front, back, sides and wrap - which is absolutely right. It heats up very quickly, so that's not a problem. It's very long and wide so it covers a large area (mine is thick and low so it went from ribs to hips). The velcro is SUPER strong so it can be worn without adjustment. Decent cable length. There are several heat options: 40, 45, 50, 55, 58, 60, 65. I had 55 over my clothes and I was hot. It also has 10 vibration/massage settings, which is nice. It has automatic timer settings of 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes and a countdown on the remote control. The remote control is a bit bulky, as is the cable. While it offers great warmth and hand comfort, it's a bit stiff so it doesn't conform to the stomach and waist and doesn't get the heat as deep into the muscles/tissues as I need it to. Not very comfortable to wear and recline/lie down as I need. This might work better for someone with a longer torso, or someone who uses it for slimming the waist, etc. I can't speak to it, but it definitely made me sweat for a few minutes. I'm already hot and although I need warmth, it was too much for me. It was like a sauna/tracksuit effect and it's not what I'm looking for, but it might be great for someone else. I found I needed a more balanced option, something that would fit my body and penetrate deep into my tissues. And although I need something versatile I think it's better for me to have 2 items like a back brace and a weight pad to put on my stomach so I can take 1 off when I get too hot. But that's my personal me. This item really works, it heats up and it's comfortable. Unfortunately, this just doesn't work for my specific needs. For the price, I expect slightly better quality than a hard wrap - something more comfortable would be better. The board isn't the best quality either. Each setting only has 1 button - Time, Temperature, Massage - so you have to cycle through all the options in each 1 to get to the 1 you want, and if you miss your desired setting you have to cycle through again to get back there which is annoying. In this price range, the remote control should be of higher quality. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for a full waist with full-length heating elements. So if that's what you're looking for, this might be the only/best option. Maybe it's good for waist slimming, but I don't know. Oh, it also comes with a tape measure to measure your waist, so I think it's more focused on that purpose than pain relief. I'll be back.
