When you connect this USB webcam to a Windows computer for use in an online conference, you will immediately notice the clarity of the image. I have used this webcam in several online meetings and this camera has always produced a clearer and better image than any other webcam in the conference. My wife loves the wide angle view of this webcam, which allows the two of us to sit next to each other in a conference and still have some distance between us. But I don't share the same opinion as my wife. If you look at the attached photo and look at the edge of the window frames you will see the fish eye effect or the curved edge of the window frames as this webcam has a very wide view. What also bothers me a bit is the occasional flickering of the horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen, which is about 1/15th the height of the computer screen and probably lasts less than 1/10th of a second. I tried the webcam on a USB 3.0 hub and plugged into the laptop's USB 3.0 port and the occasional flickering didn't go away. I hope that future versions of this camera will eliminate the fisheye effect and the occasional horizontal flicker. I still recommend this camera for its excellent video quality and good sound quality. I received this webcam for free on condition that I do a review.
