Actual Length 7-7/8 inches, Body Thickness 1/8 inches, Headboard 1/4 inches. Correct size for TCOP military tents and 2 combat tents for men. Both have Eastman 12 pole tents but tend to blow heads off. Don't worry as they have a solid one piece construction. They are not suitable for large tents, not long enough and not thick enough for base camp tents of 4 or more people. As I have 3 smaller tents (1 and 2 person) I will be ordering more to upgrade them all (12 per tent).
