Noisy, the fan is out of order or balanced and freezes the device at low speed. Fan bearings are noisy.

All device functions are working correctly. But it's a bit noisy. The fan inside seems to be unbalanced, which causes vibrations at a lower fan speed. Bearings are noisy too. It doesn't look like it's going to work for very long. You can return or exchange goods.
