I was hoping to break into the RGB world on a budget, but this product convinces me that you get what you pay for. I'm a heavy keyboard user and was hoping to add a personal touch to my workspace; However, I can't actively use this at work.1. space noise! The clatter of the springs under the space bar is quite audible and annoying.2. The keystroke is much longer; so much so that my typing speed has dropped by almost 15-20%. I was able to bring the speed back to normal typing speed, but it takes a little getting used to. These are not shortcuts and shortcuts, so gaming is out of the question for me. For this reason I'm unfortunately returning this product as I can't stand the clinking noise and it seems others have complained about it too. Marked items can still be bad. Read reviews before buying. For novice users or users who don't rely heavily on the spacebar, this keyboard should work just fine as long as they don't have a clattering keyboard. It's probably a simple fix, like putting a damper under the spring, but I still need a faster keyboard to work with. Oh the mouse and pad seem fine. The pillow will curl up, so you need to flatten it by pressing down a bit with books or something else. Everything was plug-n-play for me and I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise. Another note: the keys only light up along the top edge of the keyboard, not along the edges. Photography is misleading in product photography. Hope this review helps.
