Alternative to branded cleaners

Seem to work just as well or even better than the brands I know. I think time will tell if they work better. Lately one brand I usually use isn't sold locally and the other is just ok so I was willing to try something different because it had such good reviews. I really like this product to clean my night guard. I can tell a difference in cleanliness with Dental Duty compared to well known brands I have purchased before.
