Review on 🌬️ Vicks Ultrasonic Humidifier: Stay Clear from Cold and Flu with Soothing Cool Mist Relief by Melissa Gonzalez

I edited my original review, changed my original negative opinion and added an asterisk. After some delay, customer service finally provided me with a replacement unit, so this is an update on the negative comments I made and have now removed as unnecessary in this review. This element actually works well and creates a constant flow of humidified air; However, there are a few issues I've found with the device that make it less than ideal. The filler cap at the bottom of the water tank becomes more and more difficult to remove after several fills. Persons with limited manual strength cannot remove the plug without tools. Then there's the awkward way the water tank sits on the countertop when filling. The top is rounded and the tank cannot stand upright if turned upside down when filling, but tilts and moves. This makes filling a bit tricky, and I've spilled water a few times during the filling process.
