Put it up. Not on the floor.

I hated this thing when we first used it. We had it on the floor. Should have put a towel on, the floor was so wet. There was an urge to throw it away or sell it, instead we tried harder and this time placed it at shelf height. Doesn't matter. now i love it No condensation anywhere. Works very quietly. We didn't throw away the Wix Pad that comes with the slot. Instead (I'm sure this will void the warranty, but who cares now 3 years later) we reuse them and add a few drops of fragrant…

Well designed with filter.

We have several humidifiers at home. Our biggest problem with this is the water, which pollutes the plastic. Unfortunately, when this happens, there is no way to clean it up. We have been using this moisturizer for a week now. It has a built-in hard water filter. There weren't any stains on it. Pros: Built-in water filter for hard water (great feature). This device has some flaws but in the end the support team got the job done.

I edited my original review, changed my original negative opinion and added an asterisk. After some delay, customer service finally provided me with a replacement unit, so this is an update on the negative comments I made and have now removed as unnecessary in this review. This element actually works well and creates a constant flow of humidified air; However, there are a few issues I've found with the device that make it less than ideal. Too picky! Bitch needs cleaning (every surface will get dirty after a few days)

According to the instructions, the device needs to be serviced (this includes changing the filter every 2-4 weeks). Well yes, but in order not to send contaminated water vapor into your home, you have to do it almost every day! This is some nonsense! We live in the Midwest and have drinking water from Lake Michigan. There are almost no dissolved minerals in our water. However, the humidifier and related parts are covered with algae after a day of use. Our Vic's heated fogger (which we replaced)
