Revainrating 5 out of 5

That's all I wanted

I hope they never stop making this flashlight. I haven't owned it long enough to do a full durability/durability test, so I'll update if anything goes wrong. But let's assume if this rating stays the same, then it works fine. The only thing that feels a little cheap about this light (at first) is that when you turn it up to full brightness or down to full dimming, the light flickers for a tenth of a second. Second. But then I realized that this is the least intrusive way (i.e. it doesn't beep or flash multiple times) to let you know you're at the end of the dimming range. I can't tell how much the charge differs. the port does, and on the other hand, how important is it that it is the same charger as my phone and laptop. Beam quality wise this is exactly the color I was AMAZING looking for in a 2700K flashlight. It doesn't look unnaturally yellow, just pure, warm light, bright when you want it and dimmed when you want it. I've had flashlights that dim even further and maybe that would be nice, but to be honest it was mostly necessary for these flashlights because the blue and white light was so harsh. Not so with this one. The brightness is bright enough. Sometimes it seems a little dimmer than the equivalent blue and white LED bulbs, but then I think about what I need to see and glow and realize I'm seeing it as bright as day and it's just a trick of the light. At this price point, you really can't afford not to try it. UPDATE: The only downside I've found is that it turns itself on due to the location of the button in what is admittedly a very tight pocket. This only happened 4 times in 60 days of regular use. Durability 10/10. I drop this thing on concrete at least twice a day. No problem.

Pros
  • USB-C Rechargeable Flashlight
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging
