I have been taking supplements for 2.5 months (just over 10 weeks) after the terrible news of my very high cholesterol. A small change in my diet, limiting red meat to once every two weeks, eating only lean protein (chicken, turkey, fish), increasing fiber, and supplements like the one below have lowered my cholesterol levels significantly. Cholesterol analysis on 12/14/2017: • Cholesterol = 262 mg/dL (normal 100-199) • Triglycerides = 134 • HDL cholesterol = 53 • LDL cholesterol = 182 (normal 0-99) Cholesterol tested on March 15, 2018 .: • Cholesterol = 197 mg/dL (normal 100-199) (LOW 65 POINTS!) • Triglycerides = 106 • HDL Cholesterol = 49 • LDL Cholesterol = 127 (normal 0-99) (LOW 55 POINTS!)
