Charge controller defective, BATTERY DISCHARGE!
Charge controller never worked properly. They replaced the original but it was the same type as when purchased and it looks like those particular chargers are faulty. Not all of the lights worked on the original, and the new device had flashlights that only worked intermittently. I'm trying to contact TP in hopes of getting support and an opportunity to improve my rating. crossed fingers
