Charge controller never worked properly. They replaced the original but it was the same type as when purchased and it looks like those particular chargers are faulty. Not all of the lights worked on the original, and the new device had flashlights that only worked intermittently. I'm trying to contact TP in hopes of getting support and an opportunity to improve my rating. crossed fingers

The name says it all. Installation was easy. The charge controller says everything is fine, but it was sucking blood from two different 12-volt batteries. Some comments imply that this device should work without the battery connected (charging devices with USB ports, etc.), but this controller doesn't work that way - the load is powered by the battery, including USB ports. So far, so good. The delivery time was great, it arrived two days early. The product looks very good and appears to be of excellent quality. I want to build a semi-portable power station and use this product to keep the battery charged. A few lights, a fan, a radio and some cell phone chargers are powered by my inverter and look great in my storage unit. I hope that this product will be together and will work soon. so i can try! I bought this to charge two Arlo 2 Pro cameras. One USB port works, the other doesn't. I've tried multiple debugging devices and cables to come to this conclusion. I installed this panel on the roof of my 15ft West Wight Potter sailboat. Incidentally, it fits perfectly with the fold-out rails and also fits under the extension arm. That works great! Keeps the battery charged while I'm away and recharges it (in sunny weather) after using my electric motor which I use for trolling when the wind is too light. Well if you expect a quality product I suggest you look elsewhere. Packaging: To be honest I was surprised it didn't break. It's literally protected by a box and a sheet of foam no thicker than a sheet of paper. I really had to test this thing to make sure it didn't have any cracks.
