Review on 🌞 Efficient 12V Solar Panel Kit: Topsolar 30W Charger + 10A Solar Charge Controller + Mount Bracket for Car, RV, Boat, and Off-grid System by Michael Bustamante

I bought this to charge two Arlo 2 Pro cameras. One USB port works, the other doesn't. I've tried multiple debugging devices and cables to come to this conclusion. This controller would not allow me to charge via USB without a 12V battery connected. The charger has different types of batteries. b1, b2, b3 as choices. Nowhere in the manual does it say what types of batteries they are designed for. Even though I programmed 13.7V for Float, I found that my battery was floating at 14.7V the first sunny day I turned it on. The controller is not waterproof and according to the instructions requires recooling. This limits the installation options. With a better manual, two working USB ports, and a waterproof controller, this would be a 5/5.
