I started transferring my personal finance documents there and after 10 minutes it got blocked. Now it doesn't show up on my laptop. The laptop is less than a year old so no problem. Tried on an old laptop. still no drive. Some of my financial documents have been transferred to this device as they are no longer on the old USB stick. Now I can't access this new hard drive to delete financial documents. I cannot return it as it contains my personal financial records. So I ran out of the $35 I spent on it. Even professional IT people looked and they couldn't display it on the computer either. Dissatisfied
