I ordered the 43mm Zeikos filter kit from PlusDigUSA. The ordering process was easy and I received my shipment ahead of time. After getting the product, I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and asked how to return for a replacement. They were quick to respond and the next day, I shipped the product back. That's when the problem started. I emailed them on June 4th, June 16th, June 22nd and June 23rd trying to find out if they had shipped my replacement or any sort of status update. I finally recieved an email on them on the 23rd when I said that if they did not reply, that they would refund my purchase and I would give them negative feedback since I needed the replacement for an upcoming trip. The next day I got a response saying that my replacement was going to be shipped the next day. Today is July 1 and I got the package in the mail. just in the knick of time. Product good, seller OK if you don't need anything after the sale.
