Vibration plate - I had never used anything like this before, and it has really given my workouts a much appreciated boost. The machine seems very solidly built, and durable. It stays firmly in place when being used, which feels safer than some of my other home exercise equipment. I had to get used to the vibration, as it was a little odd at first, but now it feels great, and I definitely feel the effects afterward.The machine comes with a remote control device which works well and is very handy, as well as a smart watch, resistance bands, and and a manual with several pages of very good exercise ideas. I have thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with the exercises, some of which I hadn't done before. The vibration adds a whole new layer of challenge to the exercises, feels good, and actually makes it more fun to work out. I especially enjoy and appreciate the exercises with resistance bands, which feel wonderful (at least for the first few repetitions!)I feel progressively stronger, and I feel that my balance and coordination are improving. It's always fun and constructive to add something new and different to the exercise routine. This product, though a little pricy, definitely does just that. I look forward to experimenting with new exercises over time.
