This product has all the basics with a good amino acid profile, all natural ingredients especially no artificial sweeteners and a pleasant taste - not too sweet but not also angry. or. I'm a cyclist and this is my top choice for hydration, especially on low-intensity rides where I minimize carb intake to improve fat adaptation. It has the benefits I'm looking for with BCAAs and electrolytes with no added sugar. I will use it alone or mix it with a ketone supplement.
