It has enough power to charge my Pixel phone and Fire tablet from regular USB ports. I was skeptical about this purchase as I'm not familiar with the Nekteck brand and assumed it would be some sort of Chinese fire hazard. I'm glad I took the risk as it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I can now take this charger with me anywhere (I'm typing this on my XPS 13 right now while charging it from a Nekteck charger in Ukraine). I can charge all my USB powered devices. Also, I should note that the maximum power consumption of this charger is 72W. The maximum power output for most aircraft is 75 watts. This means that this charger will also work in the air, unlike my previous adapter which required 180W and therefore would never work on airplanes. I opened a case with Nexteck who replaced the unit for me quickly and free of charge, but the replacement still has a little coil squeak. I'm not particularly sensitive to such things, so I'm happy to put up with the coil squeak if it means I can only carry one charger, but if that bothers you I suggest you buy an extended USB-C. cord and place the building block in a closet or under a table to avoid noise.
