Doesn't do what he says.
This item is capable of or takes basic measurements. However, for its price, I bought it for the software and some other features for more advanced measurements. Big disappointment. The software is outdated and buggy. It also doesn't work properly. The tool also freezes. Repeated 1 second measurements result in 20-30 freeze periods. Very annoying. Even with repeated manual measurements, everything freezes and has to be reset. A typical semi-finished product of Asian origin with a spotted finish. Although too expensive for that.
