I waited a few weeks after the arrival of the Petchatz HDX camera to write this review so I could be absolutely sure of my words. this is the best thing i have ever spent money on in my life. To say that I am very attached to my Teddy Cockapoo is an understatement. We recently had a wave of burglaries in our area, and shortly after, several "false alarms" in our house. I was so worried that if something happened I wouldn't know if Teddy was okay. Petchatz allows me to "call" him all day and SEE HIM, HEAR HIM, TALK TO HIM AND GIVE HIM treats! You can even just check on your pet even if they don't know about it. Sometimes when he's sleeping I just leave him alone. I'm really choking on how amazing this is and how comforting it is to know my child is safe and happy. Teddy learned to answer the "phone" in about 20 minutes and comes every time I call him. He's really into grain-free chicken snacks and I'm definitely pleased with the quality ingredients. He usually gets diarrhea from the occasional treat and it doesn't cause any problems at all! Maybe TMI lol but I think it's important to note. My camera actually came with a case, so that was a plus! The camera has a perfect resolution and the videos are flawless. The privacy screen for teddy is the perfect size. I can see him staring straight at me as we chat (I know! Can you believe it?) I have good internet service with a download speed of 10/11 (which I have verified for my security cameras) and I know it certainly helps. This is important to me and I've definitely made it a priority. Petchatz even set me up for a personal welcome phone call to get my feedback and make sure everything was going well. This level of customer service is beyond any expectation I could have dreamed of. The rep, Wendy, was genuine and I could tell she genuinely cared about Teddy and made sure he was enjoying everything. In today's world, it's nice to know that you really matter as a consumer. The overall experience makes the device worth every last penny. Best thing I've ever spent money on in my life. Thank you Printz!
