Cheap construction and poor design
So this thing kept dropping my cell phone while driving. I had to disable it and connect the phone directly. It was annoying, but I kept working with it. bad design. I decided to return the time less than a month after purchase because it actually broke in two with no repair or reattachment method. It's cheap construction and design.
