If you plan to use RSP-2 you will need this SAWBIRD model. There is another model that costs $2 more and looks very similar to what you probably need if you are using a NESDR SMARTee or SMARTee xtr. Difference? This SAWBIRD claims 20dB of gain and draws only 30mA. Another model claims 30dB but draws 180mA. ASDRPlay RSP-2 only delivers those 100 or 150mA in my opinion - then it's crowbars. In any case, this is not enough to drive the SAWBIRD by 30 dB. ESDR SMARTee provides enough power for the 30dB model. Make sure you choose the right combination of SDR and SAWBIRD.
