Great product, I have only used Gefen extensions in the past. They work great for 1/5th the price of control equipment, audio or video. There were no problems.

I'm using this to connect a midi keyboard to a computer in another room. It works very well and I'm very glad I found a device that can do it.

Excellent device. I have it running about 60 feet from my PC. Plugged in the camera and was able to control it easily and the signal was good and clear. If I need another one, I'll take another one.

Avoid at all costs. This USB extender has never worked. For weeks we thought it was our Cat5 cable, a faulty power supply, even the USB camera itself. The extender never sent a signal to the computer on the other end. This week we tested the 3-foot link with all of the components that we knew were working correctly. Still no signal. It's an extension that doesn't work. and now we don't have $58.44 left.

This USB expansion pack was needed for my webcam setup for my garage and patio. I bought this product because I'm a professional photographer and I'm tired of the fact that tether tools are the only real option for tethering and then you're at the mercy of USB technology and its 15 foot maximum length limit Booster Adapter.
