What can I say, I think I'm a fan of nooelec. So far I love every Nooelec item I've bought. I had a little trouble figuring out where the entrance and exit was, but after a quick search on the internet I found it.

I now have 5 GOES SAWbirds and love them. I am the author of the program for getting GOES GRB - "GRB Imager for Windows" (free). SAWbirds work very well and I don't think reception would be possible without them. You can also use them to get "HRIT". But I agree with the other reviewer here (JohnG) that there should be markings on the packaging showing which side is DC+ out and which side is, or simple instructions. . I received what is shown in the picture plus a cable with a USB plug on one end and an unknown size socket on the other. My guess is that this cable is used to power the device from an unknown power source at an unknown voltage. There were no instructions or diagrams included. If you plan to use RSP-2 you will need this SAWBIRD model. There is another model that costs $2 more and looks very similar to what you probably need if you are using a NESDR SMARTee or SMARTee xtr. Difference? This SAWBIRD claims 20dB of gain and draws only 30mA. Another model claims 30dB but draws 180mA. ASDRPlay RSP-2 only delivers those 100 or 150mA in my opinion - then it's crowbars.
