I ordered this plunger because he was trying to find a plunger that would fit the toilet drain better. The opening in the bowl is in the shape of a wedge, about 2 inches wide at the narrow end, 5 inches wide at the other, and about 6 inches long. DO NOT seal round flasks. This means it will close any hole formed. The material is too hard to properly shape for sealing. I'm sure this design will work very well for round or oval holes, but it won't come close to doing the job on my toilet.
