I bought this to help with very dry skin on a foot that has just come from a broken ankle of a Plaster had been removed and now there is a blood clot where the crack was. The ad states that the kit contains 2 types of nozzles, normal and fine sanding. My kit only came with the course and the regular so I tried the regular and as you can see in the picture my skin ripped from the course. It rotates very quickly so when you try to go around the edges your legs just twist to the sides, it's very difficult to work around the ankles and sides of your legs unless you have a firm grip on it . The vacuum was about 50% efficient. This callus remover is very easy to clean and very easy to hold in a comfortable position. It comes with a nice little pouch to store extra rotary heads, cleaning brush, charger and grinder. Given my medical situation, this callus remover didn't work for me, but it's not a bad product. If you like putting more pressure on your foot or have a lot of rough calluses, this is a good product for you.
