UPDATED AGAIN: No. I thought I had made up my mind. He filtered twice as it should and then started again filtering about halfway through the water tank. Very disappointing. This filter requires too much attention. I deduct 3 stars for that. Filtered water is great. The price was reasonable and the package arrived on time. The quality of the filter is disappointing. I'm glad I only ordered one filter and not three. UPDATE: I think I've solved the clogging issue. When I changed the filter, I turned the blue fill tank so the filter was on the side closest to the feed spout. Thinking about what it was like when the filter was WORKING, I rotated the blue feed basket 180 degrees so the filter was farther from the spout. Since then I have filled the tank 3 times and each time it has worked correctly leaving the blue tank empty. This is how it should work. I don't know if this is the solution to some of the other comments, but this solved my problem. Upgrade to 5 stars. Matches perfectly with our PU water dispenser. Water tastes cleaner than tap water - no aftertaste. Our problem with this is that it's clogged twice or the water didn't fully drain from the top of the loading basket into the dispenser area. I've had to take it out and shake it twice in the last two weeks to make sure it drains completely freely. This wasn't an issue with our original filter, so I don't know if it's a fake issue or a filter quality change. We are very disappointed with this particular filter as it requires attention.
