The best thing about this broker is that it has an excellent customer service team who are always ready to help you out with any queries or problems regarding your account, trading etc! They also have some of the lowest spreads in town which makes them very competitive compared to others brokers I've used before.

Sometimes they can be slow at processing trades but not too much as long as there's nothing urgent going through their system - otherwise don't worry because everything will get processed eventually even if its been several hours since submission/processing time-wise!! Great for beginners looking into retail forex products like me :) Its great knowing one doesnt need to use costly online platforms when dealing with large amounts of money so far away from home base :). Also no more worries over getting scammed by other people trying to steal my funds via fake accounts.
