I stream from PS4 to Twitch, YouTube and Facebook using Streamlabs OBS on my laptop. So far it has worked great for me. Very easy to use, basically just plug and play. The instruction manual that comes with the kit is just a picture, not a manual. I recommend Google and YouTube instructions on how to set it up (which I did). There are several guides on their website and you need to download their program to install it on your computer. You may think you need to install RECentral (their streaming/studio tool). I didn't even care. I'm using Streamlabs OBS, connected this device to Streamlabs and just started recording and streaming. In my opinion, the streaming programs AverMedia and RECentral are too complex and do not offer as many functions as Streamlabs. There is also an AverMedia Engine program that you can download from their website to help diagnose if needed. I spent hours researching and watching videos to finally figure out what I'm doing with this, but I'm VERY inexperienced when it comes to this. Your experience may be completely different. Now that I understand everything, I can say that I am VERY SATISFIED with this device. PS Make sure you go to CONTROL PANEL on your PC/Laptop and grant all required permissions to this device i.e. H.: sound, microphone, video, etc.
