This thing is awesome! It's pretty easy to use and the snow cones we made with it were perfect! They're more like snow, which I like as I'm not a fan of the thicker ice you can sometimes get on smaller cars and some snow cones. The instructions say you can move the blade around, so I believe you can adjust it to make the ice flakes thicker or thinner (maybe? Don't quote me lol). We had a pack of ice cubes that we used and we still had very small flakes, no special ice puck needed! As my video says, don't overfill with ice as it will get stuck inside where the snow will come out and stop working. This happened to us during testing and we had to break the compressed snow before it worked again, when that happened a little snow snake came out hahaha that was awesome! Be sure to rotate the bowl while dispensing it. The car itself is heavy and looks solid. I'll go through and make sure all the screws are tightened as per the product description. You should do this when you first get it. I advise you to have a towel handy as it can get wet very quickly! I also tried elevating the car so I could put a cup under it, but that didn't work as well as just using the cup. We used torani syrups for our snow cones and they were amazing! We also have torani smoothies and other fruit purees and can't wait to try them all and make amazing frosted treats! Perfect for hot summer days!
