Review on loopPFEP by Jorge Bryant
The product itself is excellent.
However, their customer service team is terrible. Their response time is always delayed. When I called them for support they told me to uninstall the software and start over again. Thats because they didn't have the knowledge to fix my issue. They could use more documentation for end users who don't know how to do things themselves. For example, when you want to add an event handler to a component you must first create a class which inherits from "loopPFEPluginComponent" then call its methods as defined within it's superclass. Its really hard to figure this out unless someone shows you or tells you.
Pros
- Great way to manage and organize your events.
- Can be easily integrated with any system by using either custom code or plugins.
Cons
- Not enough tutorials on how to setup a plugin for the different types of events.
- If you look at the site it says its full featured but not very well written
