Review on 🌱 Hydrofarm Agrobrite FLC32D Compact Fluorescent: Optimal Indoor Lighting Solution for Hydroponics and Indoor Gardening by Antonio Curry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Expensive but high quality

The thing is good for plants. It definitely has a blue tint to it and I'd say that's enough to make it less than ideal for normal everyday use. I would only recommend this for dedicated plant lighting. Note that the light can hurt your eyes when open, so make sure you have a screen or at least some sort of shade around the lamp. Even if you don't look directly into the bulb, if the bulb isn't shielded it will irritate your eyes pretty quickly because it's very bright. Any conventional 5000K LED is fine for growing plants, but this one has a higher concentration of blue light and helps more with growing leaves and plant stems (less than the idea for flowering).
