The customer support for Cosmo is GREAT!
My granddaughter loved it from the start and worked much better than I expected. Unfortunately, two days after receiving it for Christmas, she stumbled and broke the glass covering the display. She was devastated. I contacted Cosmo to see if I could purchase a new glass frame. They asked me to send a photo of the broken watch. I have made. They sent a new replacement watch within two days. Thanks to Cosmo support. My granddaughter was very happy with her new watch. I will be buying another watch for my grandson soon!
