Great buy for smartwatch

It was a great purchase, I use it with my son all the time. The GPS tracker works very well. I would say that the calling and GPS features are the best. Highly recommended

This product is amazing!

My daughter is four years old and her father and I have a custody issue. This watch is perfect for her to feel safe and feel like she can contact me or my parents anytime. It was ready to use right out of the box and the app is fantastic too.

App costs $10/month

Received for daughters for Christmas but not activated yet. I just wanted to share information about the Cosmo app and the service options. I found out that after 3 months free service, you have to pay $20 per month to use phone app to manage ($10) and minute plan ($10). You can choose your own application and a different plan, but this requires additional configuration. I was just surprised that there is basically an app subscription. I think I will keep them anyway but don't know if I will…

The customer support for Cosmo is GREAT!

My granddaughter loved it from the start and worked much better than I expected. Unfortunately, two days after receiving it for Christmas, she stumbled and broke the glass covering the display. She was devastated. I contacted Cosmo to see if I could purchase a new glass frame. They asked me to send a photo of the broken watch. I have made. They sent a new replacement watch within two days. Thanks to Cosmo support. My granddaughter was very happy with her new watch. I will be buying another…

Battery life and access to an online account sucks but in the end the watch is worth it

Functional watch for kids but ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to set up and use with a smartphone! Especially when they're trying to add grandparents to the surveillance loops they have to deal with just to get an online video chatting account. Then, to be able to record videos, you need to be able to do other things, e.g. B. to check the location. Well, no offense, I don't want my relatives checking my whereabouts if I don't want them to. Not really unlimited minutes; Service limited to 1000 minutes

Product worked well until we hit 1000 minutes. Then access was restricted because we exceeded their limit. I was on the phone with support for half an hour and they explained that some people use the SIM card in devices at different times than they should, so flag customers who work more than 1000 minutes and limit their access. The support agent does not have permission to restore service and corporate headquarters did not respond when attempting to contact them. If the service was truly…

It's not worth it. The app is too spotty along with the clock.

The application is very buggy. I can barely make it without a blinking network warning. When that happens, NOTHING works. No calls, no texts, my six year old daughter CANNOT communicate with me at all, nor can I with her, and the GPS doesn't work. Also note that while running, you will only receive calls or texts from the watch if your phone's screen is unlocked. After unlocking, it won't show you missed a call or message in the app. Trust me, notification settings are the first thing I changed
