Product worked well until we hit 1000 minutes. Then access was restricted because we exceeded their limit. I was on the phone with support for half an hour and they explained that some people use the SIM card in devices at different times than they should, so flag customers who work more than 1000 minutes and limit their access. The support agent does not have permission to restore service and corporate headquarters did not respond when attempting to contact them. If the service was truly unlimited, the monthly line maintenance fee with the phone would be worth it. However, as it cannot be reliably used for my child's safety, I cannot recommend this product to any parent who is willing to use it with peace of mind.
