The application is very buggy. I can barely make it without a blinking network warning. When that happens, NOTHING works. No calls, no texts, my six year old daughter CANNOT communicate with me at all, nor can I with her, and the GPS doesn't work. Also note that while running, you will only receive calls or texts from the watch if your phone's screen is unlocked. After unlocking, it won't show you missed a call or message in the app. Trust me, notification settings are the first thing I changed on my iPhone because it's my top priority. These clocks only work when they want them to. Maybe it's the T-Mobile network but I have a Verizon and I think I'll ask for a refund, send it back and get the Verizon version of the kid's smartwatch. I need my child's eyes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not just when T-Mobile wants it. One star for the minimum number of reviews.
