Review on GREENCYCLE Compatible C137 CRG137 CRG 137 Toner Cartridges for Canon ImageClass MF Series (Black, 4 Pack) by Jason Cox

I have been using Green Cycle for almost 3 years. There were no problems until last year. Previously, the cartridge occasionally failed and usually did not track it. Last year it seemed like every shipment had at least 1 defective cartridge, sometimes 2. I called and yes they replaced it but only wanted it if I placed another order. Then there were 1 or 2 bad ones in that batch. This was successful or unsuccessful due to the small intentions attached to the roller that would print a permanent spot from the build up of toner. Finally, I told them that I had never worked with a company that required me to place an order to get my replacement. I even offered to send them the defective product and photos to prove I didn't cheat them. They sent me another box of 3, one of which was broken again. I gave up. I threw everything away and went to another provider. I only gave them 3 stars because their cartridges were really good 1 year ago and they replaced what was bad but it would take at least 3 good cartridges in a row to do this. that I'm coming back Sorry folks, if you've switched providers you'll have to go back. If not, then you need to change.
