This is the second holder of this type that I have owned. And I like the design and the reliability more. The first broke near the ball and socket after only a year of use. I also like the way it holds the phone - the phone is less likely to slip out like my first one sometimes did. The last reason why I decided to do this. The sellers sent me a replacement after I asked about the feature that didn't work (they said it should beep after the engine shuts off to remind you to pick up the phone). Anyway, I wasn't really interested in this feature. But the thing is they seem to care about your satisfaction - that's really good customer service!
