Review on πŸ” Enhanced Accuracy Gas Detector Pen: General Tools PNG2000A with Natural Gas Detection, Gray by Brian Tompkins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I wanted to make sure the leak was actually fixed, so I checked this spot daily for several days until I was satisfied. as I read

I wanted a gas detector that was inexpensive but would work. I have read many reviews on all my purchases. I decided to purchase because I was willing to spend the price. The reason I bought it was because I smelled it in the garage where the gas dryer and water heater are. The smell wasn't strong enough to make you pass out, but faint enough to make you wonder if there was a leak. I've recently moved house and wanted to make sure the smell wasn't serious. When the tool arrived, read the instructions and went to check the gas lines for the dryer and heater. and I got a warning! It looks like there is a small leak in the fittings for the gas dryer. So I did my own repairs, basically recut the pipe. I wanted to make sure the leak was actually fixed, so I checked the area daily for several days until I was happy with ied. As I read in one of the reviews the man used a propane gas detector to make sure he had set off an alarm. I did the same to make the detector work. Overall for the price it was worth it. I'm glad I was able to fix the leak. If you buy this detector, I hope you get good leak detection results.
