Great to work directly along-side an organization that is ready and willing
The team at VMG was very helpful in understanding our needs for what we were trying accomplish with this campaign as well as how they would help us achieve those goals! They really do care about their clients success which makes it easy when you are working together because there's no egos involved or "I'm better than your client" attitudes from either side of things - just straight forward communication between all parties leads towards great results!! I have not encountered any downsides so far but if anything comes up then i will definitely contact them again. !
Pros
- Customer Service is always top notch, timely responses to emails/phone calls & quick turnaround times within hours (sometimes minutes) even during crunch time deadlines :) Great attitude by entire staff that truly cares about doing good work AND having fun along while running campaigns..it doesn't get much more awesome!!!
Cons
- Nothing come immediately springs into mind.i think everything went smoothly thusfar
