first let me say that I actually measured my hand to the correct size. After using the belt for a short time, the Velcro no longer stuck. I tried adjusting the strap on both sides and did my best to position the velcro in the middle and with the best possible velcro overlap, but no real difference. The buckle that the strap goes through has also been rotated so that the strap is gathered at the very end and not flat across the width of the buckle. The sleeve itself was good at first and a little compression helped, but after a few hand washes (in the sink and drying) it seemed to lose its elasticity and started slipping down my arm. My wife found her old Nike Tennis Elbow Support that was at least 10 years old and still works great!
