Ease of use, ability to track everything in one place with all our communication via emails, as well as being able to view activity reports easily by using their platform was awesome! Nothing really, my only issues are that they're very slow at responding (when I contact them for help) and some features aren't available through out-of-the box solution but you can implement it yourself if needed or just pay more money so they could do something about this. We were looking into creating an internal CRM system which would include both work order management along with customer information as well. This helped us organize everything we need from a single location instead having multiple systems such as Outlook, Projector & Excel. I am able to send emails from my computer, mobile phone or tablet with ease. The support is great when you need help. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. It has been easy to use since it was installed. We are using it for our business and we love how simple it is to use. We can easily manage several different accounts at once. This makes it easy to keep up with all of our clients and customers.
