I've only had these for 2 months and I'm already dead. after a bit of trouble at first I really tried to give them a chance but this is the last straw straight in the rubbish, there was sound problems at first, ok don't worry i thought it works, then it disconnects from the usb receiver so i thought there is no problem, simply reconnecting is not that easy, i tried everything and nothing worked. Save your time and hassle, the sound wasn't even that good and it would only allow 16 bitrate. I wanted this product to be good, I wanted it to work, but faced with the possibility that it just doesn't work, the software you're using seems cheap to SWARM and it definitely shows up on setup, I have my mic off sensor but it still picks up everything from the mic so I have to open the settings, toggle off and on again, accept the settings and save each time. I turned off the headset and then turned it back on. To end this review, don't buy this junk, you think you've found a cheap gem, but you're just wasting money and getting a headache
